NutraBox — Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By subscribing to a NutraBox meal plan you confirm that you have read and agree to them, including the No Refund Policy.

  1. All payments are non-refundable once your subscription is confirmed.

  2. Sunday delivery is off. Sunday’s meals will be delivered on Saturday.

  3. Our menu may change occasionally depending on ingredient availability.

  4. If you want to pause or resume your meals, please inform us at least 1 day in advance (before 6:00 PM).

  5. Pause or resume requests received after 6:00 PM cannot be accommodated.

  6. If you are temporarily staying at a different location, you can update your delivery address. Once you return, simply let us know to change it back to your previous address.

  7. Delivery timings are approximately between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. We always try to deliver according to your preferred time; however, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, rider routes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  8. All meals are prepared with chicken by default. Protein replacements are available at an additional cost.

  9. If you do not inform us about a pause before 6:00 PM, that day’s meal will be counted as delivered.

  10. Our rider will wait for up to 15 minutes. If you are unavailable, the delivery will be considered completed.

  11. Please inform us about any food allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions before starting your meal plan.

  12. Please check your meal immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issue with the quality, packaging, or freshness, please inform us immediately with clear photos or videos.

  13. If no issue is reported at the time of delivery, the meal will be considered received in good condition. Complaints reported much later may not be considered valid.

  14. If you are not consuming your meal immediately, please refrigerate it as soon as possible to maintain its quality and freshness.

  15. If a genuine quality issue is verified, NutraBox will provide a suitable compensation (replacement meal or another appropriate solution).

NutraBox meal plans are designed for weight loss, muscle gain, healthy eating and lifestyle improvement. If you have any medical condition, food allergy, digestive disorder, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have recently undergone surgery, or are currently under medical treatment, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any NutraBox meal plan.
