Questions, answered
Everything people ask before their first delivery.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We don’t deliver on Sundays — but you don’t go without. Your Sunday meals come on Saturday, alongside that day’s box, so you have food for all seven days. Just refrigerate the Sunday portion when it arrives.
How does delivery work?
We cook overnight and deliver between 7 AM and 11 PM to the address your rule picks for that day — home, office, or a one-off override. Tell us your preferred time and we aim for it; traffic and rider routes can shift it. You get an out-for-delivery notification when your rider leaves.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, as often as you like. Pause in the portal or app until 6 PM the day before, and the day is saved for later — your plan only counts days that are actually delivered. After 6 PM, message us and we’ll apply it for you.
What about my allergies and dislikes?
You list them during onboarding. Our kitchen screens every day’s menu against your profile and adjusts your dish — for example, leaving nuts out of your salad — before it’s cooked.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer. After you pick a plan you’ll see our account details; upload a screenshot of your transfer and we activate your subscription as soon as it’s verified — usually within a few hours.
Can I change or swap meals?
Yes — send a swap request from the portal, app, or the AI assistant before 6 PM and the kitchen will confirm what you’ll get instead for the next day.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your remaining-days counter is always visible, and we remind you 3 days and 1 day before it runs out. Renewing takes a minute: pick a plan, transfer, upload proof.
